The automaker turned the challenge of the lockdown on its head by piloting AdLingo, a new product from Google's Area120 incubator, that allows customers to have personalized conversations...within an ad unit! At a cost similar to a regular display campaign, the single ad was able to lift both brand favorability and purchase intent.
