Eligibility criteria:

The customer is willing to engage with Cloud Billing PMs to provide feedback
The customer is willing to answer a few short feedback forms (no more than 1 feedback form every 2 weeks)
The customer's billing account is denominated in USD

NOTE: Form submissions are reviewed on a bi-weekly basis and customers are added in the order they submitted.
