We're always looking to improve Google Nest or Home speaker or display and your feedback is important to us. Tell us how we're doing. We're listening! There are two ways to send feedback – using your voice and from the Google Home app.
Note: In order for us to investigate the issue that you are reporting, it's helpful to include the device logs in your report. To ensure that this happens please verify that "Send device usage data and crash reports to Google" is turned on before submitting feedback. If you prefer to keep this setting off, you may turn it back off after the feedback is submitted.
Send feedback using your voice

Transcribe the audio feedback that you give and send the transcription to the Google Nest team. The audio of your feedback will not be recorded. On displays, if you do not want to include your personal information or a screenshot of your screen, untick Include personal information or Include screenshot. |

Step 1. Turn on device reports
- Make sure that your phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your speaker, display, Chromecast or Pixel Tablet.
- Open the Google Home app

- Tap and hold your device's tile.
- Tap Settings

- Open the Google Home app
- At the upper-right corner, tap your Google Account profile picture or first initial of your name.
- Tap Feedback

- Tap Get Started.
- In the field provided, enter the details of your feedback. Make sure not to include sensitive information.
- Tap Send

- You can highlight or hide info if needed. You can also remove the screenshot or tap Attach a screenshot if you unintentionally removed it.
- Tap Continue.
- Select either Yes or No when prompted to receive email information or updates about your feedback.
